Meet André

Meditation teacher and founder of YUME.

I created YUME to teach what I had to learn myself. How to sit with stress without being consumed by it. How to stop living in constant mental pressure. And how to return to a place of steadiness you can rely on.

 

For years, I have guided people through the same process, helping them move from exhaustion and overwhelm to clarity and stability in their daily lives.
